2026 Release Notes

Q1 2026

Easier Customer Unsubscribing

Customers can now unsubscribe from email communications through a dedicated unsubscribe page and one-click unsubscribe links.

Administrators can also see when a person has unsubscribed and WaitlistPlus will respect that preference when sending future emails.

Prevent Duplicate Signups

Additional safeguards were added to help prevent customers from accidentally submitting the same signup more than once.

More Powerful List Cleanup

Administrators can now clean up older waitlist entries more efficiently, making it easier to keep lists current and focused on active customers.

Confirmation-Date Filtering

New filtering by confirmation date makes it easier to find customers based on when they confirmed their place on a list.

Enterprise Dashboard – ⭐Enterprise Feature

Enterprise customers gained a new dashboard for viewing activity across their sites.

The dashboard provides visibility into metrics including:

  • People currently on lists
  • New list signups
  • Emails successfully sent
  • Failed emails
  • People removed from lists

Date presets and custom date ranges make it easier to analyze trends over time.

Q2 2026

Enterprise Email Templates – ⭐Enterprise Feature

Enterprise organizations can now manage email content centrally and make templates available to their individual sites.

Templates can also be used when sending ad hoc emails, making it easier to maintain consistent messaging across both automated and one-time communications.

This makes it easier to maintain consistent communications across multiple locations while still allowing sites to use the appropriate messaging.

Improved Payment Receipts

Payment receipt handling was improved so customers and administrators have more reliable access to payment receipts.

Enterprise-Wide People Search – ⭐Enterprise Feature

Enterprise users can now search for people across their entire organization rather than being limited to a single site.

This makes it much easier to locate and manage customers in multi-site organizations.

Q3 2026

List Cleanup History

List cleanup operations now have a complete history showing:

  • When the cleanup was performed
  • Who performed it
  • How many days were used for the cleanup
  • How many people were removed
  • The current status of the cleanup

Undo List Cleanup

Administrators can now revert a previous list cleanup.

When a cleanup is reverted, the people removed by that cleanup are restored to their lists.

This provides an important safety net when a cleanup removes someone who should have remained on the list.

Custom Message When Online Signup Is Unavailable

Organizations can now create their own message to display to customers when online signup is unavailable.

This message can be used when:

  • Online signup is temporarily turned off
  • A specific list is paused
  • Signup is no longer available

Instead of showing a generic message, organizations can explain the situation and provide customers with instructions or contact information.
