Completely Redesigned Online Signup

We introduced a new multi-step signup experience for families registering through your public waitlist.

The new process guides families through:

1. Instructions
2. Applicant information
3. Review
4. Completion

Families can also add, edit, and remove family members before submitting their registration. This update makes online registration clearer and easier for families, while giving you a more consistent and reliable signup process.

Online Payments for Signup Fees

With this new optional feature, families can pay required fees as part of the registration process, reducing manual payment collection.

WaitlistPlus can now support:

• Collecting payments during signup
• Recording payments
• Tracking refunds
• Viewing payment history
• Managing payments from the administrative interface
• Exporting payment information
• Payment receipts

Coupons & Discounts

We added support for coupons and discount codes. You can create coupons for your site, apply percentage discounts, and use coupons to waive applicable signup fees.

HubSpot Integration – ⭐Enterprise Feature

WaitlistPlus added integration capabilities with HubSpot. Customer and prospect information can be connected with your broader sales and marketing workflows, reducing the need to maintain duplicate information.

Better Importing

We improved the process of importing people into WaitlistPlus.

Import improvements include better email validation and improved matching of existing people using information such as name and date of birth. Imports are more reliable and can do a better job of avoiding duplicate people.

Payment Administration Improvements

Administrators can now manually mark payments as paid and record relevant payment details. You can keep payment records accurate even when a payment was collected outside the normal online payment process.
