Improved Data Import
The data import process was improved to make it easier to bring existing customer information into WaitlistPlus.
Import handling was expanded to better support custom fields and common spreadsheet scenarios, making larger imports more reliable and easier to manage.
Improved Dashboard Reporting
The dashboard was enhanced with additional activity and subscription information.
Administrators can get a better view of what is happening in their account, including waitlist activity and subscription information.

File Uploads
You can now attach files to customer records in WaitlistPlus.
Files can be uploaded directly to a person’s record and accessed from their customer profile. File-upload fields can also be added to online signup forms, allowing organizations to collect documents from customers during signup.
This is especially useful when a customer needs to provide supporting documentation as part of the registration process.
Prevent Duplicate Signups
A new option was added to help prevent customers from accidentally signing up more than once.
When enabled, WaitlistPlus checks for an existing signup and can stop a duplicate registration before it creates another waitlist entry.
Multiple Waitlists for One Customer
WaitlistPlus now allows a customer to be placed on multiple lists.
This makes it possible for organizations to manage situations where a person is interested in several different programs, classes, services, locations, or other offerings at the same time.
Each list maintains its own position and status for the customer.

Weekly Waitlist Summary
Administrators can now receive a weekly summary of waitlist activity.
The summary provides an at-a-glance look at activity such as:
- New signups
- People removed from lists
- Removal reasons
- Emails sent
- Email activity by type
This makes it easier to stay informed without having to log into WaitlistPlus every day.
Better Date and Export Formatting
Date formatting was improved throughout the application and in exported data.
Dates now better reflect the user’s selected regional format, making reports and exported information easier to read and use.
Simpler Customer Signup Links
Customer portal links were simplified so customers no longer need to use a site-specific key throughout the signup URL.
This makes signup links cleaner and easier to share.

Embed the Signup Portal on Your Website
The customer signup portal was updated so it can be embedded directly into another website using an iframe.
This allows organizations to place the WaitlistPlus signup experience directly on their own website rather than sending customers to a separate page.
