Levels
We offer three subscription levels, a Starter, Pro and Enterprise level. For the feature breakdown of these levels, review our pricing page
People Addons
Each plan has a base number of people allowed on the list. If you need more, you can purchase additional credits in blocks of 100 people. The Starter plan comes with up to 50 people actively on your list at one time, and the Pro plan comes with 200.
How is number of people calculated?
Your usage will be calculated by looking at all of your lists and totaling the number of people on them.
- This total does not include family members who are not directly on a list.
- This total does not people who have been removed from one of your lists
How do I update my subscription to another tier?
Go to Settings > Site Settings > Subscription and click on the Edit button next to your current plan. There you can change your teir, and set your payment frequency (monthly or yearly)
Enterprise Level
For our larger customers we offer a customized Enterprise package. In addition to all of the features found in the Basic and Premium levels, we offer additional features and support that are tailored to customers with larger lists, or more locations to manage.
